Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers. No prior equipment needed — we provide gloves for your first class.

Arrive Early
Come 10–15 minutes before class to meet the coach, get set up, and get comfortable with the space.

Bring Water
You'll sweat. A lot. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. We have water available at the studio.

Seriously — zero kickboxing experience required. Our coaches will walk you through everything from the first punch.
